On May 16 1970, Men Sa Em, voluntarily served the National Army, as corporal-trainee, holding ID card numbered 76-405. On January 01, 1972, he was appointed as MDL-C.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉េន សាឯម បានចូលធ្វើទាហាននៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧០ ដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដបម្រើកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងឋានៈជាសិស្ស ពលបាលត្រី មានអត្ដលេខ ៧៦-៤០៥។ នៅថ្ងៃទី០១ មករា ១៩៧២ ឈ្មោះ ម៉េន តាឯម មានឋានៈជាអ៊ឹមឌីអិល-សេ។
