A source reported that on November 15, 1972, 80 Khmer Viet Congs held a meeting in Khleng village at WT 164-355, Leuk Dek sub-district, Kandal province. In the meeting the enemies ordered their forces to collect boats for ferrying troops from Koh Thom to attack National Army in Koki and Kean Svay districts.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៥-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧២ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន៨នាក់ បានមកប្រជុំគ្នានៅ ភូមិឃ្លាំង ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ១៦៤-៣៥៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់លើកដែក ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះខ្មាំងបញ្ជាឱ្យគ្នារបស់ខ្លួនប្រមូលទូក ដើម្បីដឹកនាំចម្លង ទ័ពពីតំបន់កោះធំ ឱ្យមកវាយប្រហារកងការពារជាតិនៅគគីរ ស្រុកគៀនស្វាយ។
