On November 20, 1972, the Khmer Viet Cong invited chief of district cadres to participate in a meeting in center 25 in which they nominated their member to hide in Chba Ampeou. They attempted to attack National Army in Chba Ampeou and khan Svay ditrict, and Mony Vong bridge, and forcibly gathered and evacuate villagers who were living a long National Road No.1.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២០-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧២ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងមួយក្រុមបានប្រមូល ពួកកម្មាភិបាលស្រុកទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងមណ្ឌល២៥ មកចូលរួមប្រជុំ។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះ គឺស្ដីពីគម្រោងរកមធ្យោបាយឱ្យពួកវាមកបង្កប់ខ្លួន នៅក្នុងខណ្ឌច្បាអំពៅ ដើម្បីវាយប្រហារខណ្ឌច្បារអំពៅ ស្រុកគៀន ស្វាយ និងផ្ដាច់ស្ពានមុនីវង្ស ព្រមទាំងកៀរអ្នកស្រុកនៅតាមផ្លូវ ជាតិលេខ១ ទៅជាមួយពួកវា។
