On November 11, 1972, about 1,000 families of villagers and Khmer Liberation, headed by a chief of Khmer Liberation named Chea, went on strike to push North Yuon Viet Cong troops out of Prek Sangke village because they treated people badly by collecting rice, properties, and money from the villagers.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១១-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧២ ប្រជាជន និងខ្មែររំដោះនៅភូមិ ព្រែកសង្កែ ស្រុកក្រូចឆ្មារ មានចំនួនប្រហែល១,០០០គ្រួសារ ដឹកនាំដោយឈ្មោះជា ជាមេខ្មែររំដោះបានធ្វើបាតុកម្មដេញពួក យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង ឱ្យថយចេញពីភូមិព្រែកសង្កែ ដោយហេតុថា យួនយៀកកុង ចូលមកធ្វើបាបអ្នកស្រុកគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាងមានការ ប្រមូលយកស្រូវអង្ករ ទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិ និងប្រាក់កាសអំពីអ្នកស្រុក។
