On November 24, 1972, Khmer Viet Cong chiefs held a meeting in Bati school, sangkat Krang, Bati district, Takeo province. The meeting was under the presidency of Pao Hour who assigned their troops to destroy roads and hide to ambush Natioanl Army.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៤-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧២ មេខ្មែរយៀកកុងបានធ្វើការប្រជុំ មួយនៅក្នុងសាលារៀនទនេ្លបាទី ក្នុងសង្កាត់ក្រាំង ស្រុកបាទី ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានឈ្មោះ ប៉ោ ហួរ ជាប្រធាន បានចាត់គ្នាឱ្យដឹកនាំបំផ្លាញផ្លូវថ្នល់ និងបង្កប់ខ្លួនត្រៀមចាំស្ទាក់បាញ់ប្រហារកង ការពារជាតិ។
