On January 05, 1973, 5 Khmer Viet Congs and secret agents cadres moved from Moan Dap village toward Phnom Penh. They mingled with business people and 3 wheel-motor cart drivers in order to spy on the national armed forces bases in Phnom Penh and Chroy Chang Var.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន៥នាក់ មានមុខ ងារជាកម្មាភិបាល និងជាភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់បានចេញពីភូមិមាន់ដប់ ចូល មកក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីបន្លំខ្លួនធើ្វជាអ្នករកស៊ីលក់ដូរតាមផ្សារ និងរត់រឺ ម៉ក់ ម៉ូតូជាដើម ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីស៊ើបការណ៍ពីកងទ័ពជាតិយើង គ្រប់ទីកន្លែងនៅក្នុងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ជាពិសេសកន្លែងនាវាចរជាតិយើង នៅជ្រោយចង្វា។
