A source reported from Dei Eth sub-district to Koki sub-district, Kean Svay district of Kandal, there was a movement caused a certain Khmer Viet Cong group. They persuaded villagers to live in their controled area, because they would destroy National Raod No.1, before Chinese New Years' day.
