The unnamed prisoner confessed that in September 1975, he received a permit from Piech Phon in Kampong Speu. The meaning of the permit was that to burn down firewood, destroy plants, release cows to eat rice, do fishing by using fishing line and attached many hooks, persuade new people of being free and downgrading the communism.
អ្នកទោសមិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះម្នាក់ បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៥ ខ្លួនបានទទួលសំបុត្រពី ពៀច ផុន ខាងកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ខ្លឹមសារនៃសំបុត្រ គឺឱ្យដុតកំទេចដំណាំ លែងគោឱ្យស៊ីស្រូវ ដុតបំផ្លាញអុស ចងសន្ទូច រកត្រី បំផុសប្រជាជនថ្មីពីភាពសេរី បន្ដុះបង្អាប់របបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។
