On January 19, 1973, about 500 Yuon Viet Cong in regiment 7, under the command of Cheang, moved from Chhouk area of Kampot province to hide in Angkdei village VT 634-382, Tuol Ampil sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានយួនយៀកកុងប្រហែល ៥០០នាក់ សិ្ថតក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាធំ៧ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ជាង បានចេញពីតំបន់ឈូកខេត្ដកំពត ចូលមកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងភូមិអង្គកី្ដ វ៉េតេៈ ៦៣៤-៣៨២ សង្កាត់ទួលអំពិល ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។
