About 500 North Yuon-Khmer Viet Cong armed forces came into Ta Khmao provincial town in order to destroy Ta Khmao provincial office and blow up Chba Am Pov bridge in the shotly there after. On the other hand, they set up shelters at VT 788-597 in Krang Tei village, at VT 801-604 in Thmei village, at VT 785-589 in Kduon village, at VT 817-890 in Raong Ko village and at VT 823-583 in Sre Trea village in Ba Kou sub-district and Trapeang Veng sub-district, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province.
មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ បានចូល មកកាន់តំបន់ក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ដើម្បីវាយប្រហារយកសាលាខេត្ដតាខ្មៅ និងកមេ្ទចស្ពានច្បារអំពៅក្នុងពេលខាងមុខ។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើមាន ទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅភូមិក្រាំងតី វ៉េតេ ៧៨៨-៥៩៧, ភូមិថ្មីវ៉េតេ ៨០១-៦០៤, ភូមិក្ដួនវ៉េតេ ៧៨៥-៥៨៩, ភូមិរោងគោវ៉េតេ ៨១៧-៨៩០ និងភូមិស្រែទ្រា វ៉េតេ៨២៣-៥៨៣ ស្ថិតក្នុងសង្កាត់ បាគូ និងសង្កាត់ត្រពាំងវែង ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
