On October 9, 1972, 28 North Yuon Viet Congs armed forces with PM-ac guns, five M-79 guns and three B-40 guns transported gun-powders and food staff toward VT 886-931 a long the edge of a lake in Sam Bour Meas sub-district, Muk Kampoul district, Udong Mean Chey province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានយួនយៀកកុងចំនួន២៨នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយប៉េអឹមអាសេ, អឹម៧៩ ចំនួន៥ដើម និងបេ៤ ០៣ ដើម បានផ្ទុកគ្រាប់រំសេវ និងស្បៀងអាហារនៅលើទូកចំនួន៣គ្រឿង ហើយបានធ្វើដំណើរមកស្នាក់នៅតាមព្រៃក្បែរមាត់បឹងមួយត្រង់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨៨៦-៩៣១ សង្កាត់សំបួរមាស ស្រុកមុខកំពូល (ឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ)។
