On October 17, 1972, about 300 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers in black uniforms forcibly gathered and evacuated villagers who lived in Thmei village at VT 802-601, Krang Tei village at VT 797-597, Ton Lea village at VT 813-592, Raong Ko village at VT 816-590, Sre Trea village at VT 823-584 and Traey Neay village at VT 827-576, toward Tamao mountain. Nowdays, they were staying at VT 758-541 in Veal Ma Am village and at VT 780-543, in Tbeng village.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន៣០០ នាក់ អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅ បានឡើងមកកៀរប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ នៅភូមិថ្មី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨០២-៦០១, ភូមិក្រាំងតី ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេ ៧៩៧-៥៩៧, វ៉េតេ ៨០២-៥៩៣, ភូមិទន្លា វ៉េតេ៨១៣-៥៩២ ភូមិរោងគោ វ៉េតេ ៨១៦-៥៩០, ភូមិស្រែទ្រា វ៉េតេ ៨២៣-៥៨៤, ភូមិត្រើយនាយ វ៉េតេ ៨២៧-៥៧៦ នាំយកទៅទុកនៅព្រៃភ្នំតាម៉ៅ សព្វថ្ងៃកងទ័ពខាងលើនេះ បានរាយគ្នា លាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិវាលម្អម ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៥៨-៥៤១ ភូមិត្បែង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៨០-៥៤៣។
