An unknown prisoner confessed that there were 500 hidden soldiers in Srang under the leading of Thon, Hang and Svay Vann. Their plan was that to convince people who still did not support the revolution to join with their movement in order to go against the revolution. The traitorous task of that team was to kill revolutionary cadres by shooting, to force soldiers to attend their team, to destroy the revolutionary materials, to persuade people to rebel against the revolution and to stop people's sons joining army. Another one task was to convince soldiers to flee from their line and to kill TaNat, Ta Pin, Ta Mok and other committees of regiment by secretly shooting. Thon, Hang and Svay Vann continued to tell that "if we fight in front of the enemy do not success, we will fight at the backof the enemy, but if we do not success in fighting at the back, we will withdraw from the line and go to Kampuchea Kraom, Vietnam and Thailand in order to build up new army". In order to kill superior cadres in Phnom Penh, the unknown prisoner hid himself in the military unit along the border.
អ្នកទោសមិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ បានសារភាពថាៈ មានកងទ័ពបង្កប់នៅ ស្រង់ ៥០០នាក់ដែលមានមេឈ្មោះ ថុន, ហង់, និង ស្វាយ វ៉ាន់។ ផែនការរបស់អ្នកទាំងនេះគឺបំផុសប្រជាជនណាដែលមិនគាំទ្របដិវត្ដ ឱ្យចូលរួមជាមួយក្រុមរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ភារៈកិច្ចរបស់ ក្រុមក្បត់គឺ លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលបដិវត្ដ ចាប់យុវជនអោយចូល រួមក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួន បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈរបស់អង្គការ បំផុសប្រជាជន អោយប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ ឈប់អោយកូនធ្វើកងទ័ព។ ភារៈកិច្ចមួយទៀត គឺបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចេញពីជួរ និង ចាំលួចបាញ់ តាណាត, តាពីន និងតាម៉ុក ព្រមទាំងគណៈវរសេនាធំឡើងទៅ ត្រូវតែសម្លាប់ចោលឱ្យអស់។ ថុន, ហង់ និង ស្វាយ វ៉ាន់ បាននិយាយទៀតថាៈ បើវាយពីមុខមិនបាន វាយពីក្រោយ បើវាយពីក្រោយមិនបាន ទៀតរត់ទៅបរង្កីតទ័ពនៅកម្ពុជាក្រោម ទៅយួន ទៅសៀមឱ្យជួយ វាយតាមទល់ដែន បន្ទាប់មកខ្លួន និងបន្លំធ្វើយោធាចូលមកវាយ កម្មាភិបាលធំៗនៅភ្នំពេញតែម្ដង។
