Boeung Thuon, who fled from enemy occupied area turned up at Khmer Embassy at Vietnam on March 21, 1974. Boeung Thuon said that Chhann Samen, was a commander and a chief of Brasot district, Chann Vutha was a chief of Brasot district economy. People were forbidden to enter the monkhood and monks were forced to leave the monkhood and join army to fight againt imperialist and reactionary.
បឿង ធួន បានលួចរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងមកដល់ស្ថានទូតខ្មែរប្រចាំនៅ ប្រទេសវៀតណាមនៅថ្ងៃ២១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ពួកខ្មាំងមានមេ បញ្ជាការឈ្មោះចាន់ សាម៉ែន ជាគណៈស្រុកប្រសូត្រ ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ វុត្ថា ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចស្រុកប្រសូត្រ។ ពួកវាហាមមិនឱ្យប្រជាជនសាង ផ្នួសទេ ហើយឱ្យព្រះចាកសិក្ខាបទមកធ្វើទ័ពវាយចក្រពត្ដិ និងពួកប្រតិ កិយា។
