On October 17, 1972, about 37 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces including 3 cadres and 4 sub-district Governmeners came to participate in a meeting in a house which was at WT 071-677, in Toul Kra Sang, Chhae Teal sub-district, Kien Svay district, Kandal province.
This meeting was by Khmer Viet Cong soldier, Men Po, a Viet cong Khmer commander and chief of the meeting, Sao Sophal district cadre and San Sao, as ambush commander. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់ដោយ អាវុធចំនួន៣៧នាក់ ក្នុងចំនួននេះមានកម្មាភិបាល៣នាក់ និងគណៈ សង្កាត់៤នាក់ ព្រមទាំងទ័ពវាចំនួន៣០នាក់ទៀត បានមកប្រជុំគ្នានៅផ្ទះ ស្លឹកទំនេរមួយ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងទួលក្រសាំង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៧១-៦៧៧ សង្កាត់ឈើទាល ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ (កណ្ដាល)។ ក្នុងទីប្រជុំនោះមានមេខ្មែរយៀកកុងឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន ប៉ូ ជាប្រធានប្រជុំ, សោ សុផល កម្មាភិបាលស្រុក, សន សៅ មេទ័ពឆ្មក់។
