On October 19, 1972, about 35 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces with PM-AC guns, one M-40 gun, one B-40 gun and rifles under the command of Bak Huot in Unit 131 hid at VT 516-526 in Ro Luos village. Every day, between 7 am to 11 pm they always moved to deploy at VT 507-539 in Sleng vilage, Krang Ampel sub-district, Samraong Torng District, Kampong Speu province in order to raid National Army who went to operate up in that region.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងនៅកងលេខ១៣១ ចំនួនប្រហែល៣០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ បាក់ ហួត មានអាវុធ ប៉េអឹមអាសេ, អឹម៤០ ចំនួន១ដើម និងបេ៤០ ចំនួន១ដើម លាក់ខ្លួន នៅភូមិរលួស ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៥១៦-៥២៦ ហើយចាប់ពីម៉េាង ៧ព្រឹករហូតដល់ម៉េាង១១ៈ០០ថ្ងៃ រាល់ថ្ងៃខ្មាំងទាំងនេះតែងតែចេញទៅ ត្រៀមនៅភូមិស្លែង ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៥០៧-៥៣៩ ក្នុងឃុំក្រាំងអំពិល ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ដើម្បីស្ទាក់បាញ់កងទ័ពជាតិយើងដែល ចេញទៅប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅទីនោះ។
