On January 10, 1974, about 2 Battalion of Khmer Communist soldiers moved from Amleang region to VT 663-814 in Tituy Porng village and at VT 670-805 in Lvy village, Tuol Prech and Samraong Leu sbu-district, Ang Snuol district, Udong Meanchey province. The Khmer Communist in region 32 and 45 under the commander, Ta Vorn, asked for reinforcement in an attempt to go to destroy the National armed force base in Tuol Leap in shortly there after.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១០-មករា-១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល ២កង វរៈសេនាតូចប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានធ្វើចលនាចេញពីអមលាំង ចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិទីទុយពង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៦៣-៨១៤ និងភូមិល្វី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៧០-៨០៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ទួលពេ្រច និងសង្កាត់សំរោងលើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ។ ខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅតំបន់៣២ និង៤៥ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តាវន បាន ស្នើសុំកងទ័ពជំនួយមកបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីវាយប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិ នៅទួលលៀប ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខនេះ។
