On March 21-22, 1973, about 50 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces in black and blue uniform, under the command of Bakk Huot came to stay in Roluos village VT 516-526, Krang Ampel commune, Samrong Tong district of Kampong Speu province. They intended to persuade villagers to retun to their controled area.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១-២២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន ប្រហែល៥០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅខ្លះតេ្រអ៊ីខ្លះក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ បាក់ ហួត ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិរលួស ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ៥១៦-៥២៦ ក្នុងឃុំក្រាំងអំពិល ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ព។ ប្រភពបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះមានគោលបំណងទាក់ទង និងពន្យល់ អ្នកស្រុកអោយវិលត្រឡប់ទៅកាន់តំបន់របស់វាដែលកាន់កាប់។
