In August 1972, the Khmer Communist Ou Van, 22 year olds, Khmer, born in 1952, Koh Thkov village, Kampong Tralach district, Kampong Chhnang province, served as a medicine man in region 31. On January 16, 1974, he escaped from the enemy region and reported himself to the national Navy soldiers in Ta Mol village, brnging along one carbine gun, one magazine 30 bullets.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ វាន ហៅក្រៅ គ្មាន កើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥២ អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិកោះថ្កូវ ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រឡាច ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ គាត់បានចូល បម្រើការងារឱ្យខ្មាំងនៅខែសីហា-១៩៧២ មុខងារជាបុគ្គលិកខាងដាំស្ល ថ្នាំពេទ្យនៅក្នុងតំបន់៣១ ហើយគាត់បានចេញពីខ្មាំងនៅ ថ្ងៃ១៦-មករា-១៩៧៤ ម៉េាង១០ៈ០០យប់ មកចុះចូលជាមួយ កងនាវាចរ នៅភូមិតាមុលក្រោម នាំមកជាមួយនូវកាំភ្លើងការ៉ាប៊ីន ១ដើម និងគ្រាប់៣០គ្រាប់។
