A source reported that on October 20, 1972, approximately 200 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces in black and Kaki dress with Sandals made of rubber tire set shelters in the north of Prek Puoch lake at VT 621-386, Stuk sub-district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្មែរ យៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅខ្លះ និងគគីរខ្លះ ហើយពាក់ស្បែកជើងកៅស៊ូកង់ឡាន ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានចូល មកតាំងជម្រកនៅខាងជើងបឹងព្រែកពួច ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦២១-៣៨៦ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ស្ដុក ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
