On March 22, 1974, the National Agents in Infantry Brigade 24, reported that two people who lived Chong Koh village, Banteay Dek sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province acted againtst the Khmer Republic Regime. On February 9, 1973, during the enemies cut off the National Road No.1, the National Agents saw two people named Pheng Hai and Ap Leng, armed with PM guns chinese mingle with Viet Cong Khmers to forcibly gather and evacuate villagers from Chong Koh village to Koh Thom village. According to the reliable source from villagers who live in Chong Koh reported that they both were enemy agents and hid weapons in the above village.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ភ្នាក់ងារកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើង លេខ២៤ បានជូនព័ត៌មានថា មានអ្នកស្រុកពីរនាក់នៅភូមិចុងកោះ សង្កាត់បន្ទាយដែក ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាលមានអាកប្បកិរិយា ផ្ទុយពីរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋ។ ថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មាំងកំពុងវាយ ផ្ដាច់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១ គាត់បានឃើញអ្នកទាំងពីរ (ឈ្មោះ បេង ហៃ ស្ពាយកាំភ្លើងចិន ១ដើម និង អាប់ ឡេង) លាយឡំជាមួយខ្មែរ យៀកកុងជាច្រើនកៀរអ្នកស្រុកពីភូមិចុងកោះចុះ ទៅកោះធំ។ តាមការសេុីបអងេ្កតយ៉ាងម៉ត់ចត់ពីសំណាក់អ្នកស្រុកភាគ ច្រើននៅ ភូមិចុងកោះ បានសន្និដ្ឋានថា ជនទាំងពីរនាក់នេះមានអាវុធ កប់លាក់ទុក និងជាភ្នាក់ងាររបស់ខ្មាំងពិតមែន។
