On March 27, 1973 about 100 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces came to stay in many spots of Lvea Em district of Vihear Suor province such as WT 089-798, 074-786, WT 103-774 to WT 109-787, Barong sub-district, and from WT 084-756 to WT 100-766, WT 100-766, Prek Khmeng sub-idstrict.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ប្រហែល១,០០០នាក់ បានចូលរួមស្នាក់នៅតាមចំណុចនានាក្នុងស្រុកល្វា ឯម ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌ ដូចជានៅចាប់ពីចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៨៩-៧៩៨ នៅឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ១០៣-៧៧៩ ដល់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ១០៩-៧៨៧ សង្កាត់បារ៉ុង និងចាប់ពីចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៨៤-៧៥៦ ដល់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ១០០-៧៦៦ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកកេ្មង។
