On August 9, 1971, two enemies named Ngo Kim Sal and Thach Vay Seung, were sent to EMG by the national police armed forces. They served in the South Vietnam armed forces in Battalion 111, Brigade 14 Tra Yinh province. They escaped to Cambodia in an attemt to serve in the National Army with second lieutenant Thach Ba in Battalion 318, Brigade 48.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ក្រុមនគរបាលជាតិ បានប្រគល់មកអឺអឹមហេ្ស នូវខ្មែរក្រោម២នាក់ឈ្មោះ ង៉ូ គិមសល់ និង ថាច់ វៃសេុីង។ ទាំង២នាក់ ជាទាហានយួនខាងត្បូង នៅកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ ១១១ នៃកងពលតូចលេខ១៤ ខេត្ដត្រាយិញ។ បានរត់មកស្រុកខ្មែរ ក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើទាហាន នៅជាមួយបងប្អូនឈ្មោះ ថាច់ បា អនុសេនីយ៍ត្រី ក្នុងវរៈសេនាតូច៣១៨ កងពលលេខ៤៨។
