Pav Ly, Lim Veng (Khmer), To Hong Thanh (Chinese), and Chov Yang Tin (Vietnamese) were arrested by Infantry Brigade 7 at Phsar Tauch Check point on January 25-27, 1971, for wearing insignia of Sihanouk, Changing indentify and violeting the our few.
