On April 7, 1973, about 200 Khmer-Yuon Viet Cong armed forces moved from Svay village WU 090-025, Srei Santhor district of Kampong Cham to Roka village WT 086-974, Tang Russei village WT 077-967, Khsach Kandal district of Kandal. Moreover, the enemies set up an artillery position on Tuol Pra Theat WU 068-899 with 50 guards.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរ និងយួនយៀកកុង ប្រដាប់អាវុធប្រហែល២០០នាក់ បានចេញពីភូមិស្វាយ ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ០៩០-០២៥ ក្នុងស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិរការ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៨៦-៩៧៤ ភូមិតាំង ឫស្សី ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៧៧-៩៦៧ ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពិសេសខ្មាំងខាងលើបានតាំងកាំភើ្លងធំមួយនៅលើទួលប្រធាតុ ត្រង់ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ០៦៨-៨៩៩ ដោយមានទ័ពវា៥០នាក់នៅ ចាំការពារផង។
