On April 10, 1973, about 20 Khmer-Yuon Viet Cong soldiers armed with PM-AC guns and B-40 guns transported 122mm rocket shells from Moat Prek Chrauk at WT 133-778 to store at WT 050-795 along the edge of Veal Sam Nap lake in Sarikakeo sub-district, Lvea Em district, Vihear Suor province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង ២០នាក ់ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ និងបេ-៤០ បានដឹក ជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់រ៉ុក្កែត១២២មម ចំនួន៤រទេះ គោចេញពីមាត់ព្រែកជ្រូក ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ១៣៣-៧៧៨ នាំឆ្ពោះយកទៅលាក់ទុកនៅ មាត់បឹងវាលសំណាប ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៥០-៧៩៥ សង្កាត់ សាិកាកែវ ស្រុកល្វាឯម ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។
