Ms. Ngvieng Koem Phoeuk, 15 years old, Vietnamese, lived with her grand father, Ngvieng Yang Phoeng, a seller and boat sailor. She and grand father were arrested by Infantry Brigade 4, on June 10, 1971, in Neak Loeung. They were arrested because illegally crossed the Vietname and Cambodian border and without pasports.
នារីឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង គឹម ភឿក អាយុ ១៥ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិយួន បានមក រស់ជាមួយជីតាឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យ៉ាំងផឹង ជាអ្នកលក់ដូរ និងចែវទូក។ នារីនេះត្រូវបានកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងលេខ៤ចាប់ខ្លួនជាមួយជីតានៅ ថ្ងៃទី១០ មិថុនា ១៩៧១នៅអ្នកលឿង ពីបទលួចឆ្លងព្រំដែនយួន ខ្មែរដោយលួចលាក់ ព្រមទាំងគ្មានលិខិតត្រឹមត្រូវតាមច្បាប់។
