Troeung Yang Sum alias Chao Sum, 40 years old, Vietnamese soldiers of Brigade 15, was a person who reported on Vietnamese officials, who suffered Cambodian people to Captain Kim Ann. On June 06, 1971, he was arrested of illegally crossing the border and smuggling cattle by Infantry Brigade 4.
ទ្រឿង យ៉ាំងស៊ុម ហៅ ចៅ ស៊ុម ជាតិយួន អាយុ៤០ឆ្នាំ ជាយុទ្ធជនកងពលលេខ១៥ ជាអ្នកយកព័ត៌មានពីរដ្ឋការវៀតណាម ដែលធ្វើបាបប្រជាជនខ្មែរ ដើម្បីរាយការណ៍ឱ្យអនុសេនីយ៍ឯក គឹម អាន់។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនត្រូវបានកងពលថ្មើរជើងលេខ៤ចាប់ខ្លួន កាលពី ថ្ងៃទី៦ មិថុនា ១៩៧១ ពីបទឆ្លងដែន និងរត់ពន្ធសត្វពាហណៈ។
