Ngvieng Yang Fe, 51 years old, Vietnamese, boat driver for Ngvieng Yang Phatt, he was arrested and sent to Neak Loeung on June 08, 1971. He was arrested of illegally crossing the border and smuggling.
ង្វៀង យាំងហេ្វ ជាតិយួន អាយុ ៥១ឆ្នាំ ជាអ្នកបើកកាណូតឱ្យ ឈ្មោះ ង្វៀង យ៉ាំង ផាត់ ហើយក៏ត្រូវទាហានចាប់ខ្លួនបញ្ជូន មកអ្នកលឿងនៅថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពីបទលួចឆ្លងដែន និងរត់ពន្ធ។
