Ngvieng Yang Phatt, 31 years old, Vietnamese, drove machine boat with Troeng Yang Fa, a major of South Vietnam. They were arrested by Khmer armed forces on June 05, 1971, as they arrived Neak Loeung. They were arrested of illegally crossing the border and smuggling.
ង្វៀង យាំង ផាត់ ជាតិយួន អាយុ៣១ឆ្នាំ បានបើកកាណូត មកលេងជាមួយបងឈ្មោះ ត្រឹង យាំងហ្វា សក្ដិ៤យួនខាងត្បូង ដល់អ្នកលឿងក៏ត្រូវទាហានខ្មែរចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពីបទលួចឆ្លងព្រំដែន និងរត់ពន្ធគយ។
