About 400 Khmer Communists in battalion 130 under the command of Ta Kat, set up shelters and kept ammunition at WT 068-157, 066-138 in order to protect Koh Thom district, Kandal province. Another Viet Cong regiment under the command of Thanh Binh divided into 3 battalions 510, 511 and 512. They were assigned to stay at WT 010-117, 017-100, 025-085, 057-104, 066-146, 066-132, 077-150, 163-355 in Koh Thom district, Kandal province.
មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រដាប់អាវុធស្ថិតនៅក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូច១៣០ ប្រហែល៤០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តាកាត់ បានមកតាំង ជម្រក និងស្ដុកគ្រាប់រំសេវត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៦៨-១៥៧, ០៦៦-១៣៨ ដើម្បីការពារស្រុកកោះធំ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាលតែម្ដង។ ចំណែកកងវរៈ សេនាធំ របស់យួនយៀកកុងក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ថាញ់ ប៉ិញ បាន ចែកជា ៣កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ ៥១០, ៥១១, ៥១២ ឱ្យចូលមកស្នាក់នៅក្នុងរង្វង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០១០-១១៧, ០១៧-១០០, ០២៥-០៨៥, ០៥៧-១០៤, ០៦៦-១៤៦, ០៦៦-១៣២, ០៧៧-១៥០, ១៦៣-៣៥៥ ក្នុងស្រុកកោះធំ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
