A source said that Khmer Communist had set up an animal farm in the north of Wat Koh Teav at WT 068-174, Sam Peou Loun sub-district, Koh Thom district, Kandal province with 12 armed guards. The source add that enemy economic committee including Be, Lao, Heng, Kong Heng and Kang of region 25 brought foodstuff to Vietnam through Prek Long Bin.
