On December 13, 1973, Toeun To, 20 years old, a farmer and lake diger who just escaped from the enemy region joined the National Military Authority in Chong Kal district with the National Armed Forces in Battalion 613, Zone II. He confessed that he used to conduct activities in the above region.
ឈ្មោះ តឿន តូ អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ ជាអ្នកជីកស្រះកាប់ចម្ការបានរត់ចេញ ពីខ្មាំងកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មូលហេតុខ្មាំងធើ្វបាបពេក ហើយមកចុះចូលក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ ៦១៣ នៅស្រុកចុងកាល់។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានសារភាព និងសកម្មភាពខ្មាំង និងសកម្មភាពរបស់ខ្លួនពេល រស់នៅជាមួយខ្មាំង។
