On December 12, 1974, Reut Ran, 16 years old, a militiaman, who just escaped from the enemy region, reported himself to the National Armed Forces in Battalion 613, zone 13, Chong Kal district, Oudor Mean Chey province because he was forced to do hard work rest lessly and miserable lived in the above region.
រឺត រន អាយុ១៦ឆ្នាំ ជាកូនឈ្លបបានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់កាល ពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មូលហេតុពួកខ្មាំងធើ្វបាបប្រើគ្មានពេល សម្រាកនិងរស់នៅយ៉ាងវេទនាបំផុត។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានមកចុះចូលជាមួយ កងវរៈសេនាតូចប្រចាំភូមិភាគ៦១៣ នៅស្រុកចុងកាល់ ឧត្ដរមានជ័យ ហើយបានសារភាពពីសមាសភាព និងសកម្មភាពខ្មាំងដែលខ្លួនបាន រស់នៅ។
