On February 12, 1974, 200 Khmer Communist , equipped with weapons such as 2 105mm, and also all kids of ammunition, departed from Snay Pul village at WT 226-890, Roka sub-district, Peareang district, Prey Veng province, toward WT 065-897, Khsach Kandal district, Vihear Sour. On February 13, 1974, some of the above enemy transported rockets and various ammunition from wt045-897 to hide along Tortul lake at WT 040-870, 046-865, 030-870 in Prek Luong district, Vihear Suor.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១២-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល ២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ ១០៥មម ២ដើម ព្រមទាំងគ្រាប់ រំសេវគ្រប់ធុនចេញពីភូមិស្នាយពុល ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២២៦-៨៩០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់រកា ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ឆ្ពោះមកស្នក់នៅត្រង់ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៦៥-៨៩៧ ក្នុងស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល វិហារសួគ៌។ លុះដល់ថ្ងៃ១៣-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧៤ ខ្មាំងខាងលើបានដឹកគ្រាប់រ៉ុក្កែត និង គ្រាប់ផេ្សងៗទៀត ចេញពីចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៤៥-៨៩៧ មកលាក់ ទុកនៅតាមមាត់បឹងទទល់ ក្នុងរង្វង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៤០-៨៧០, ០៤៦-៨៦៥, ០៣០-៨៧០ ក្នុងស្រុកព្រែកហ្លួង វិហារសួគ៌។
