On December 13, 1975, 8 Khmer communist soldiers who served the militia unit Kamphlaes village, Kok Daung sub-district, Va Ren district, Siem Reap porivince, defected to the National Authority in Chong Kal district, Otdor Meanchey province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន៨នាក់ ជាកងឈ្លបនៅភូមិកំបើ្លស, សង្កាត់គោងកដូង ស្រុកវ៉ារិន, សៀមរាប មកចុះចូលដោយគ្មានអាវុធជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរនៅស្រុកចុងកាល់ ឧត្ដរមានជ័យ។
