On January 30, 1974, committee of Khmer Communist in Region 2, assigned 200 soldiers to enter Phnom Penh city. The soldiers who were sent there were the soldiers who had just finish their study on war strategy in Boeng Punley at VV 614-700.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៣០-មករា-១៩៧៤ គណៈកម្មការខ្មែរកុម្មយនិស្ដក្នុង តំបន់២ បានចាត់កងទ័ពប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ឱ្យមកកាន់ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើដែលត្រូវបញ្ជូនមកនេះ គឺជាកងទ័ពដែលទើបតែបានរៀន ចប់ពីវិជ្ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនៅបឹងព្រះពន្លៃ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េវ៉េ ៦១៤-៧០០។
