Source said that rice fields of villagers who fled away were confiscated by Khmer Communist and given to the people who lived in their zone. Source added that the above enemy were collecting agricultural crops from Damnak Kanseng at UU 650-770, Damnak Thnung at UU 065-883 and Sraong at UU 576-868, to store in a rice-mill in Talo at UU 542-808, in order to mill those rice and tranport them to Kampong Speu province.
