On February 18, 1974 about 700 Khmer Communist of Battalion 07 and 08 under the command of Om, Preap, Son and Chuon Veng, equipped with weapons such as 2 of 75mm, 2 of 82mm, 6 of 60mm mortar, departed from Bati village towards Ach Kok village at VT 952-655, 945-637 and Prek Kampih village at VT 903-655, 902-662 in Kandal Stung district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៨-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល៧០០នាក់ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ០៧ និង០៨ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អុំ, ព្រាប, សុន និង ជួន វេង ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ ជាពិសេសមាន កាំភ្លើង៧៥មម ២ដើម, ៨២មម ២ដើម, ៦០មម ៦ដើម បាន ចេញពីស្រុកបាទី ឆ្ពោះមកភូមិអាចម៌កុក ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៩៥២-៦៥៥, ៩៤៥-៦៣៧ និង ភូមិព្រែកកំពិស ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៩០៣-៦៥៦, ៩០២-៦៦២ ក្នុងស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
