Mok Seng, 50 years old, Khmer, was allowed to work for Ministry in Pra Lay Thngou Veal Ta Haey, Chak Angkar Ta Pon Sangke district of Battambang province to make contact with Khmer who worked with enemy enemy in region.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុក សេង អាយុ៥០ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យ ធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅក្នុងតំបន់ប្រឡាយថ្ងូរ វាលតាហើយ ស្រុកចាក់អង្ករ, តាប៉ុន សង្កែ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង កុ្នងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងនឹងខ្មែរធ្វើការជាមួយខ្មាំងក្នុងតំបន់ កាន់កាប់។
