On September 13, 1974, Monh Mean, a soldier in a regiment, managed to escaped from enemy region and defected to national military authorities in Kra Lanh based sub-military region, Battalion 667. He also brought along a hand grenade, a M-16 degger and his own radio.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ុញ មានជាកងទ័ព កងអនុសេនាធំបានរត់ចេញ ពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់មកចុះចូលជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរយើងនៅតំបន់សឹករងក្រឡាញ់ តវត ៦៦៧ ដោយនាំគ្រាប់បែកដៃមួយគ្រាប់, កាំបិតអឹម១៦ និងវិទ្យុផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនមួយយកមកជាមួយផង។
