On May 5, 1974, a Khmer Communist, Nguon Chann, defected to national military authorities in Battalion 214 of Svay Rieng based sub-military region. He confessed that he served as driver for Khmer Communist in Toek Chrov district, Region 21 of Zone 203.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ងួន ចាន់ បានមកសុំសារភាពមួយអាជ្ញារយោធាជាតិ នៃកងវរៈសេនា តូច២១៤ ផ្នែកសឹករងស្វាយរៀង។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថាខ្លួនមាននាទី ជាកម្មករបើករថយន្ដអោយខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រចាំ ស្រុកទឹកជ្រៅ តំបន់២១ ភូមិភាគ២០៣។
