On August 12, 1974, a Khmer Communist Thap Savy called Sarin defected to division 7- He confessed that he was a soldiers in Group 2,Platoon 3, Company 3, Battalion 747 of Zone 304.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១២-សីហា-១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ថាប់ សាវី ហៅ សារិន បានចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញនៅ កងពលធំទី៧។ សាវី ជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្រុមទី២ កងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ៣ អនុសេនាធំលេខ៣ វរៈសេនាតូច៧៤៧ ភូមិភាគ៣០៤។
