In September 1973, Khmer Communist commanders of mobile Battalions in zone 304, Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, and Siem Reap, participated in a meeting in Kratie province. The meeting was under the presidency of Pork, chief of Political commission, and Duong Keo, deputy chief of military section.
កាលពីខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មេបញ្ជាការកងវរៈសេនាតូចចល័តខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួនប្រហែល៤០នាក់ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិភាគ៣០៤ ខេត្ដ កំពង់ចាម កំពង់ធំ សៀមរាប បានទៅរួមប្រជុំនៅក្នុងខេត្ដក្រចេះ អស់រយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃ ពិសេសកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក្រោមអធិបតេយ្យភាព ឈ្មោះ ពក ដែលជានាយកស្នងការនយោបាយឈ្មោះ ដួង កែវ ជាអនុប្រធានទទួលភារផ្នែកយោធា។
