On February 09, 1974, the person named Rang Yai, an economic chief and Khmer Communist financier was nominated to buy weapons from Thailand in an attempt to provide them to the Khmer Communist soldiers who established shelters at VT506-810 in Boeng Bos Thom and at TV550-925 in southwest zone.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះរាំង យ៉ៃ ដែលជាប្រធាន ផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និង ហិរញ្ញិកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បានទិញកាំភ្លើងដៃជា ច្រើនដើមពីប្រទេសថៃឡង់ដ៍ យកមកផ្ដល់ឱ្យកងទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដ ដែលតាំងជម្រកនៅបឹងបុសធំ ត្រង់ចំណុចតេវ៉េ ៥០៦-៨១០ ឋិត នៅចម្ងាយ១១គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ប៉ែកនិរតីភូមិភាគ ត្រង់ចំណុចតេវ៉េ ៥៥០-៩២៥។
