On March 7, 1974, 23 armed Khmer Communist wearing black trousers and Kaki shirts transported 12 rocket shells and mortars in 3 ox-carts from Vihear Sour sub-district, Ksach Kandal district, Vihear Sour province to WT 108-847 and 013-847 in Prey Luong sub-district, Prey Luong district, Vihear Suor province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន២៣នាក់ ស្លៀកខោខ្មៅ អាវត្រីអ៊ី ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានដឹកគ្រាប់ រ៉ុក្កែតចំនួន១២គ្រាប់ និងគ្រាប់កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ជាច្រើនតាមរទេះគោ ចំនួន៣គ្រឿង ចេញពីឃុំវិហារសួគ៌ ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដវិហារ សួគ៌ យកមកចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១០៨-៨៤៧, ០១៣-៨៤៧ ក្នុង ឃុំព្រៃលួង ស្រុកព្រៃលួង ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។
