Phuong Phoem, 32 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve for the sake of the Ministry in Ba Non district, Cheng Mean Chey region, Battambang province. He was responsible for convincing the liberation Khmer soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ភួង ភឹម អាយុ៣២ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើ ការជាប្រយោជន៍ក្រសួងនៅក្នុងតំបន់ចែងមានជ័យ ស្រុកបាណន់ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងនឹងខ្មែររំដោះដើម្បីរួបរួម ជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
