Lay Sarith, 28 years old, Khmer, was allowed to serve for the interest of the Ministry in Taing Kok region, Taing Kok district, Kampong Thom province. He was responsible for persuading the Khmer liberation soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ឡាយ សារិទ្ធ អាយុ២៨ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅក្នុងតំបន់តាំងគោក ស្រុក តាំងគោក ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
