Pham Dom, 28 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve for the sake of the National Army in Tbong Khmum district, region 22, Kampong Cham province. He was responsible for persuading the Khmer Liberation soldiers to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ផាម ដុំ អាយុ២៨ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់២២ (ត្បូងឃ្មុំ) ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីនឹងមករួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
