Sam Seng Huot, 34 years old, Khmer, was allowed to serve for the interest of the Ministry in Svay Daun Keo region,, Bakan district, Pursat province. He was responsible for convincing the Khmer Liberation and Khmer Rouge soldiers to join the national authority.
ឈ្មោះ សម សេងហួត អាយុ៣៤ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើ ការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងនៅតំបន់ស្វាយដូនកែវ ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ ដើម្បីនឹងមក រួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
